Thats it no more turkey!! Its time to see in the newyear and here at ther hercules we are doing it in style! Starting with an aperitif then moving on to a delicious 3 course meal, then when you are suitably fed and watered we have live music with swing and jazz band the swinging quartertones in the pub and of course chamapgne to see in the new year!!So why not join us, black tie or 50's dress optional but there will be a bottle of bubbles for the best dressed couple!!!!!

Thats it, the summer is officially over and we have lit our first fire!!! Get ready for the party season starting Sunday 8th November with our Bonfire night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another busy week at the hercules, new menu, new wine list and a new beer garden!
The menu has been a big hit with all the local produce going down a storm.
Luckily it seems we're in for a bit of good weather after the bad summer we've just been through so we're looking forward to our Alfresco posh nosh BBQ night on Monday 7th September. 3 courses and a drink for just £22. Why not come and join us!

comic relief

We held a comic relief charity quiz and raised £360 on the night, lots of fun was had as the Austin Powers themed staff made everyone giggle! As this was a success we will be doing another charity event in the future. Thanks to all the suppliers and customers who gave their support.

Rhythm and Booze Festival May 09

Thankyou to everyone who came along to make our festival such a success, and to all the bands who played fantastic music all weekend! All the 20 ales and ciders were enjoyed thouroughly as theres none left and we avoided the rain so the BBQ kept on going too.
We will be holding another beer and music festival over August 7th, 8th and 9th, so if you liked the May one come and have some more in August!
